MAXScript is the built-in scripting language for GMax™. Because the functionality of MAXScript in GMax is almost identical to version 4 of 3ds Max™ the topics in this book supplement the main 3ds Max MAXScript Reference. These topics list specific differences between MAXScript for GMax and 3ds Max. There are several non-game related globals, classes, methods, interfaces that are not supported in GMax.
